Altus | Button Lock

Great knife , the button was a bit sticky to begin with but after a break in and some KPL it is smooth as silk .
As always delivery was on time , well packaged and the personal touch of a hand written note makes the experience even better

The button lock action is smooth with a confidence inspiring lockup. The blade shape is nice and pointy making it nice and slicey

I've loved the Altus design before I even got one in hand.
It's a perfect fit for EDC.
I was honestly hoping for full Aluminium rather than stainless liners with a Alu scale.
I guess that would warrant WE prices though . . .
It's a nice knife, beautiful operation, but Kizer is doing what Civivi should be doing for the same price.
As always Adventure Carry will remain my first choice for online knives. Flawless service every time.

Great little knife and excellent value for the price.

The Altus is a great little knife and my first ever folding knife as I had only ever had multi tools before or basic utility/box cutter knives. The action is super smooth and has a really satisfying click when opened. And great to fidget with. The blade came super sharp and you definitely need to watch that spear point as one of the other reviewers mentioned, even having it just brush against your skin on opening is enough to cut you. This first purchase from Adventure Carry and Mitch was great and my order came really well packed, but the best thing was the communication. There was an issue with Auspost but he made sure that I got emailed to let me know regarding the delays it would cause. I will definitely be buying from Adventure Carry in the future.

Excellent pocket knife. Love the micarta scales and the action is buttery smooth. Very easy to open with multiple methods too, makes for a great fidget knife. Button sticks a little when new but loosens after a little while. Originally wanted the elementum button lock, but after speaking to Mitch I was happily convinced to opt for the Altus purely based on my likes. I do not regret going for the Altus at all, as it hasn't left my hand in almost two days since I've received it. Great feel in the hand, very fidgety and extremely sharp. Just be careful that nothing is obstructing the opening of the blade as that spear point will get you. All in all, was my first but will not be my last from Mitch and Adventure Carry. Looking forward to the conspirator when it comes out.

Was thinking it would be just another Civivi but it is not .
It is finely finished and smooth , a real pleasure to edc.
And the price was just right , the handwritten note was also appreciated
