Refund policy

At Adventure Carry, we want you to be thrilled with your EDC gear. If, for any reason, you encounter an issue with your purchase, we've got your back. Here's how our return policy works:

1. Notification Period: You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to notify us of any issues. We understand that sometimes things just don't go as planned, and we're here to help make it right.

2. Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a return/exchange/store credit, your item must be in the same original packaging. We kindly request that you keep the product in its original condition, ensuring it's unmarked, unused, and in the same pristine state as when you received it (this includes the packaging it's come in and any paperwork included) otherwise it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

3. Change of Mind: At Adventure Carry, we understand that sometimes things change, and that's okay! If you've had a change of heart, just keep in mind that certain materials such as brass and micarta may show wear easily. Just ask yourself: if you were the new owner, would you be delighted with the condition of the returned item? For hassle-free returns and exchanges, make sure your items are in its original sealed condition, as new condition - ready to bring joy to their new owner. We're here to make your experience smooth and enjoyable - everyone's satisfaction is our priority at Adventure Carry!

How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  • Contact our friendly customer service team at info@adventurecarry.com.au within the 7-day notification period. Provide your order number and a description of the issue, ideally with pictures or videos.

  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with shipping instructions.

Refund: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions, we will initiate the refund or exchange process as per your preference. You’ll be given the choice of a store credit or refund. Please note that free shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost incurred for shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount. Any shipping fees incurred in returning the item will be covered by the customer. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

International: We will charge a 10% restocking fee for change of mind, regardless of whether your order has shipped out or not. This is to cover the extremely high transaction fees.
