Manufacturer's Warranty

Coverage: As an authorized dealer of all products in store, Adventure Carry is committed to upholding all manufacturer warranties. Our warranty policy covers manufacturer defects in the products we sell, guaranteeing their quality and performance.

Duration: The warranty period extends to the duration specified by the respective manufacturers of the products.

Manufacturer Defects: Adventure Carry warrants that all products sold are free from defects in materials and workmanship. If a product is found to have a manufacturer defect during the warranty period, we will facilitate the repair, replacement, or exchange of the item in accordance with the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Service Centers: For warranty-related services, customers are required to contact Adventure Carry first. We will guide you through the warranty servicing process. Please do not attempt to repair the product yourself or through unauthorised channels, as this may void the warranty.

Proof of Purchase: To avail of warranty services, customers must provide a valid proof of purchase from Adventure Carry, demonstrating that the product was purchased through us.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse (throwing, prying), abuse (chipped edge, broken serrations), accidental or intentional damage, improper maintenance, improper sharpening, modifications, rust due to neglect, or any actions that deviate from the product's intended use.

Broken tips are usually the result of improper use such as prying or other abuse and are usually not covered under warranty.

Metal clips that are broken, lost, or bent are also typically excluded from warranty coverage.

How to Claim Warranty: If you believe your product is experiencing a manufacturer defect, contact Adventure Carry's customer service team promptly. We will guide you through the necessary steps to assess the issue and facilitate the warranty process.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to Adventure Carry. Adventure Carry will cover the cost of return shipping for valid warranty claims.
