Adventure Carry Lay-by

Adventure Carry is pleased to offer a lay-by service that lets you reserve your favourite gear with a minimal 20% non-refundable deposit. Spread the remaining cost over a maximum of 6 weeks. Your item(s) will be sent once the balance is paid off in full.

Our lay-by policy guidelines are as follows:

Deposit Requirement: To initiate a lay-by agreement, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total purchase price (including shipping) is required. The deposit has to be paid immediately after completing check-out, and a copy of the deposit receipt must be emailed to layby@adventurecarry.com.au.

Duration: The balance of the lay-by must be paid in full within 6 weeks from the initiation date.

Payment Schedule: While we recommend payments every two weeks, you are welcome to make payments more frequently to expedite the process.

Cancellation: If the purchaser chooses to cancel the lay-by agreement, the initial 20% deposit will be forfeited.

Forfeiture: If the lay-by is not paid in full 6 weeks from the initiation date, the lay-by will be forfeited and the item will be relisted. The 20% deposit will be retained by Adventure Carry but any payments made after the deposit will be refunded.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via direct bank deposit (details provided at checkout). Customers without an Australian bank account should contact us at layby@adventurecarry.com.au to arrange payment through PayPal friends and family.

To utilise our lay-by service, select the lay-by payment option at checkout and proceed with the 20% deposit. Once we receive your deposit we will be in touch via email with further details of your lay-by.
