Signature on delivery and Authority To Leave (ATL)
Most orders are sent with signature required for delivery, with Authority to Leave (ATL) available as an option via Auspost app. If a customer opts for ATL, we cannot accept responsibility for the parcel once Australia Post provides proof of delivery.

High-value orders, orders to unit complexes, and first-time orders generally cannot be sent with Authority To Leave.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
Adventure Carry uses Australia Post International (tendered to NZ Post) for delivery to New Zealand, which has proven fast and reliable over the years.

UNITED STATES - 26 AUG 2025 - We have temporarily suspended shipping to USA until the proper tariff collection system is put in place.

Australia Post International Express is the most cost effective option whilst still maintaining a timely delivery. It is passed on to USPS Priority tracking once it arrives in the States. USA rates are based off order weight, and start at $26USD.

ASIA
