The Cibus is Civivi's first kitchen specific knife. This 12.46" kitchen knife boasts a full tang 14C28N blade for incredible edge retention and stain/corrosion resistance, paired with durable G10 handle scales with textured milling for enhanced grip. The Cibus has a thin flat grind that makes short work of any kitchen slicing task. It's very well balanced and has a good, durable feel to it.
