Description

Early 2022 saw the release of new versions of the Kizer Yorkie. This time the flipper tab is replaced by dual thumb studs achieving a cleaner, sleeker look when the blade is deployed. Available in Ivory White G10 or Red Paper Micarta. It still retains everything else that is to be loved of Ray Laconico's Yorkie. 

The Kizer Yorkie is a compact EDC folder with a clean and simple build. This model is equipped with a black M390 drop point blade and a micarta or G10 handle, with attractive hardware.

Known for his modern and clean designs, Ray takes pride in the precision of the fit and finish of his knives. His goal remains the same since day one, to provide a tool that cuts efficiently while looking good and feeling comfortable in the hand.

This knife is an awesome all rounder EDC knife with a ball bearing pivot and snappy blade deployment built with premium materials like the razor edged M390 blade steel and grippy linen Micarta scales on the Ki3525A4. Fit and finish of these knives are top notch, and the value for a knife of these specs is fantastic.

Kizer Yorkie-Linen Micarta+Black blade

This is a muscular little flipper. Nice in the hand. Delicate feel but enough mass and blade thickness
to do big jobs. M390 steel comes sharp and ready for everyday action. Flipper action requires a bit more
pressure than I would like, but can see that it's there for security of the blade.
Having said that, it shoots out well when the flipper is engaged correctly.
KIZER are legends. From the cheapest to the higher end, same attention to quality fit and finish.
Can not recommend this brand enough.

Yorkie Micarta

Absolutely blown away with kizers micarta, its fuzzy and has a great grip to it. The yorkie is on the smaller end but it's perfect as an everyday user and not threatening. Well besides the rocket like action!. Definitely keen to see what other designs kizer put on the table. Easily worth the admission price for this one. Hasn't left my pocket since I got it.
