Description

It's time for something new from Ferrum Forge. The boys at FFKW took it back to their Titanium framelock roots again and created the Allurus! This knife was made to work. Grip the handle normally or use the forward choil and thumb ramp to choke up for extra control. Its 20CV blade is slicey, yet strong enough to take some hard work and abuse. The Allurus features our standard 2-piece handle construction for ease of maintenance and superior ergonomics. Get all the utility and style you need from the new Allurus model.

The Allurus is a premium full titanium framelock with everything you expect from Ferrum Forge. It features a CPM 20CV blade, hardened steel lockbar insert, ceramic detent, caged bearings, and the custom Ferrum Forge pivot.

A bit about CPM 20CV:

CPM 20CV is a martensitic stainless steel ranking among the most highly regarded currently available for use in small to medium production and custom knives. With a high volume of vanadium carbides for exceptionally good wear resistance and a large inclusion of chromium for excellent corrosion resistance.
Made with Crucible Industries’ CPM process resulting in a finer, more uniform carbide distribution imparting improved toughness and grindability to highly alloyed steels. The CPM process also allows for the design of more highly alloyed grades which cannot be produced by conventional steelmaking.
