A collaboration between Kochtools and Kansept has birthed these awesome, folding cleavers! The Korvid M is part of the Korvid series, the Mini, the XL and now the Medium (M)!
The Korvid M Features a beautifully machined Crucible 154CM cleaver blade with big jimping and a big fuller. Running on bearings, the Blade flicks out effortlessly with the flipper tab or the thumb stud. 154CM blade steel is well known for its superb edge retention, toughness and wear resistance all whilst quickly taking a fast edge once its time for a touch up.
Available in a variety of scale options to suit anyone's taste.
