Zygon | GID G10 + Satin Nitro-V

Civivi Zygon 🔪✨
Grabbed mine from Adventure Carry Australia 🇦🇺 — super quick delivery and Mitch sorted me out with top customer service, no worries. 👍
I’ve got XL hands and can still get a full, solid grip on it with ease — proper comfortable to hold and use. The finger groove and overall shape just work, and I’ve been fidgeting with it non-stop for nearly a week. 😂
The natural G10 scales look like a sensible light olive in the daylight ☀️. Give them a bit of light and once the sun drops they glow a proper blue 🔵. Not a weak little glow either — it’s clear and noticeable, which makes finding it in the dark (or in the ute) dead easy, and it’s a bit of a laugh showing people the first time.
Its Super bright after its been in the sun and the Glow lasts pretty much all night.
First thing in the morning I can still see it.
Its faded but not as much as you'd think.
The Top Crossbar Lock is the other standout. Sitting up on the spine instead of the usual spot keeps the handle sides clean and unobstructed, and it’s fully ambidextrous.
So one of the strongest "Axis" locks I've came across,
I've whacked the spine on wood hard and not once its failed.
Action is smooth on the thumb studs and ball bearings. Takes about five minutes for your hand to get used to the new lock position, then it’s straightforward and satisfying to play with. Super comfortable in hand and easy to operate one-handed. ✅
Will be excellent when wearing gloves 🧤
Excellent Value for money!!
Solid modern folder that just gets on with it, feels great to use, and has enough personality that you actually enjoy carrying (and fidgeting with) it. 👌
Can't wait to get out there and give it a proper test.

Very impressed with this Zygon knife from Civivi. The top crossbar lock is rock solid and gives a nice, clean look to the handles, which offer great grip. The orange and black artwork is spectacular and creates the perfect look with the black stonewash drop point blade. Being ambitextrous and having the thumb stud and top crossbar lock for ease of use, also helps make this one of my absolute favourites.

Razor sharp, smooth folding action.
Love the bright orange micarta.
Smaller then i imagined but fits my hand perfectly.

Great Knife. Handles well, blade is sharp and functional.
Deployment is very cool as an alternative axis lock. Four stars because the grip of the sliding release lever is slippery. You can't deploy the blade unless you press hard to grip it. It needs sharper machining for it to be more tactile. Otherwise, brilliant and worthy in any collection.
