Australian designer Ben Taubert's Takahe is a deliberate departure from his first design the slim, restrained Quoll, built from the ground up to work hard and feel exceptional doing it. The stout 3.19" S35VN sheepsfoot arrives flat ground and stonewashed, with a deep thumb ramp and precision milled thumb hole & flipper tab for one-handed deployment. The well contoured and chamfered titanium handle is hand-meltingly comfortable in both standard and reverse grip, a genuinely considered ergonomic achievement. A 3D milled titanium clip and a rock solid framelock round yet another banger from Ben Taubert.
