The Cetos is the second framelock offering from knife giant Civivi following the popular NOx. Released on 20th July 2022, the Cetos shows some awesome features that we are really excited about.
The blade profile is a spearpoint profile with a decent swedge allowing for effective use on any piercing tasks. The flat grind gives a strong edge and point, and Civivi have left a generously sized sharpening choil. Civivi's high quality machining shows in the perfectly milled fuller. The 14C28N blade steel from Swedish steel manufacturer gives a good tough blade with optimal edge retention and corrosion resistance.
Deployed via the flipper tab, the blade opening is swift and crisp as we have come to expect from Civivi knives. The framelock construction gives the ultimate lock-up reliability, making this knife a real user.
