Justin Lundquist's first Civivi design, the Lumi displays a quintessential Justin Lundquist class and elegance in a knife in an affordable price range.
Taking out 2021's best value folder awarded by Knife News, the Lumi has plenty to offer.
Featuring a front flipper design, the Lumi folds up into a nice classy shape which is perfect for the non-discreet office or everyday carry. Featuring a front flipper on caged ball bearings, the Lumi provides plenty of great action where you can flick to your heart's content. It also has a super slicey 2mm blade so it does not disappoint if you put it to task.
Another great feature is the reversible pocket clip which is the first ever Justin Lundquist design that sports this.
Available in Micarta Green or G10 Black or Grey, this is another great addition to the gentleman's carry range for all you classy EDC'ers out there.
Following on the success of the initial Lumi release, Civivi released an all Black variant on 27th Jan 2022.

Great little knife. Micarta handle nice and grippy for completing tricky front flipping action.
Finger tip needs to be in the 10 o'clock position and move perpendicular to blade to get
a reliable flip.
Slim design, good quality handle, blade material and build quality.
Fits in pen pocket for easy carry at work or home for most cutting jobs.
There when you need it!
Just got mine about an hour ago. Damn delays haha. Its a very cool little blade, and of course the fidget factor is fun. Put a little oil around the pivot and detent ball. Index flicks nicely now.
Hi Josh, sorry to hear about the Aus Post delays but I'm really happy to hear your Lumi finally got to you. Good tip on the oil, always helps with new knives. Enjoy fidgeting with it.
It's a small knife but I like the size you don't know it's there when it's in your pocket I also like the blade shape it' cuts like crazy and the fit and finish is top notch it was centred and sharp out of the box and it has a nice action I just wish you could get the green scales without the black blade
Thanks Grant for your review & photo of your Lumi. Sure is a slicey blade. Green scales and satin blade, will pass that feedback on to Civivi!
Very well built knife.
The blade is very thin, sharp and slicey.
Light weight body and deep carry pocket clip make it disappear in the pocket.
The texture on the scale is just right not too rough or too smooth.
The detent is too strong for index finger flick
Thank you for your review of the Lumi TM! Great points made on both the pros and cons. More of a thumb flipper this one.
