Description

Yes, it's not a myth or some Aussie Folklore. We have verified that Drop Bears are real and they have finally landed down under. In knife version at least!

Designed by Azo, there's a whole lot to be excited over Kizer's very first Axis/Clutch Lock. It features:

  • D-Shape Pivot
  • DED System
  • Gemini Spring System

Kizer Drop Bear Axis Lock Australia

What does that all mean? Well, you get an Axis lock knife which can be easily disassembled to tune the springs to the exact tension you prefer. Less tension for the fidgeters and a tighter tune for those who want to use this as a daily tool.

154CM blade steel steel offers up a lot in terms of hardness at 60-61HRC rating. It also has great wear and corrosion resistance whilst being easy to sharpen. Generous jimping along the spine ensures you get a good grip on cutting tasks.

Available with Micarta or hard coated aluminium scales.

As Aussies, we know that a knife has big boots to fill being named after an Australian icon! And this knife does not fall short. After handling a Drop Bear at Adventure Carry, we highly rate it and we know that this will be one popular knife that you will all love. Also, this knife will make for a great conversation starter at any camp site.

Great little blade

Very happy with this folder. Only gripe is that the "green micarta" was almost white... but I have a history of using RIT DYE and got it to a darker shade easily!

Great little bear…

Great fidget knife. Exactly the same size as my Civvi button lock flipper.
It’s so easy to deploy that the thumb stud isn’t needed.
If I had to find a downside it would be that the green micata scales are more black than green.
