The Fenrir is a new release from Kansept, designed by Greg Schob of Sparrow Knife Co.
Certainly one of the more interesting designs we have seen lately, the Fenrir features a Ti framelock design but with the bolsters covering 2/3rds of the frame starting at the front of the handle. this means that no matter how you handle the knife to open it, you wont interfere with the lock bar causing poor blade deployments. The precision machining to make all of this come together is impressive.
The action of this knife is superb, the pivot is flawlessly smooth and there is no lock stick thanks to the steel lock bar insert. The Fenrir can be front flipped, thumb flicked, reverse spydie flicked, you name it. It is one of the most fun blades we have played with in a while - its like a choose you own adventure when it comes to deploying this blade.
A top quality knife with superb fit and finish and a well thought out design that has been superbly executed by Kansept.
