Zach Severn's Cannoli is a Kiridashi-inspired fixed blade stripped back to pure utility, a 1” AUS-10 chisel ground blade with a spine thick enough at 4mm to handle piercing, scraping and detail work that would embarrass a folder twice its size. A single Vortex pattern Micarta scale keeps the profile impossibly slim while adding a burst of visual character to what is otherwise a study in minimalism. At just 21g and 101.6mm overall, the Cannoli rides in a custom Kydex sheath ready for pocket or neck carry, disappearing until the moment you need it most.
