These custom scales were designed for the Lander 4 fixed blade and yes, the fast swap feature is just as slick as it sounds.

Want to make the Lander 4 truly yours? Start by removing the lanyard and Booster Bead. That’s where things get personal. To bring the lanyard back, you’ll need to retie the classic Snake Knot. Black Burlap Micarta: Micarta scales have long been a fan favorite for knives. These scales take a burlap bag and infuse it with black resin to give it that really interesting texture and look. This gives a good grip with a different visual feeling. In true Micarta fashion, no two scales are the same.

Milled Ultem: Ultem might be plastic, but it’s no lightweight - this high-performance thermoplastic is heat-resistant, steam-tough, and strong enough for aerospace parts and circuit boards. And yeah, it’s translucent, which makes your knife scales look like they belong in a sci-fi movie. It handles heat like a champ (up to 400°F), though let’s be honest, if your knife’s hitting those temps, you’ve got bigger problems. But here’s the real reason we love Ultem: it just looks rad.
