Some years you have to stop and pinch yourself. This is our second one of those moments in 2026, and it’s a big one.

It’s now been 3 years since we were named the exclusive Australian dealer for Jack Wolf Knives, starting back in May 2023 with the drop of the original Feel Good Jack. We’ve stocked a lot of Jack Wolf Knives over the years, so being selected by Ben Belkin for our very own Australian Dealer Exclusive is something we’re genuinely proud of. Having the chance to put our stamp on a Jack Wolf release isn’t something we take lightly, and the timing couldn’t be better. The Coffin is a pattern with more than a century of traditional pocket knife character behind it. When it came to choosing our configuration for the new Gateway Coffin, the thinking was simple: a classy knife deserves a classy scale. We wanted something that felt properly special without being loud about it, and Kirinite Tortoise Shell nailed that brief.

As luck would have it, Ben had just enough Kirinite Tortoise Shell on hand for our run, so we locked it in on the spot.

The result is a beaut. Warm amber, brown and black tones give the knife a rich, old-world feel, and when you catch it in the sunlight, the Kirinite really comes alive with depth and glow. It’s one of those knives you’ll find yourself pulling out of your pocket just to look at.

There’s a nice bit of history in it too. Genuine tortoiseshell was once a prized material on fine pocket knives and cutlery. Kirinite gives you all that heirloom character, and the turtles get to keep their shells.

Satin stainless bolsters and the beautifully proportioned Coffin profile keep everything classy and understated, while the Keystone shield adds one more old-school touch that makes this version feel complete.

A quick note for our friends in the USA. Our USD pricing already includes the import tariffs, which we’re required to pay up front before your knife ships. We know the number looks steep, and unfortunately that really is how much tariffs on imports into the USA currently add. The upside is no surprise charges when it lands at your door.
